Synopsis

Crime in Neo-Tokyo has gone through the roof! To combat this upsurge, the police department had started a top-secret squad known as Team Warrior, a mostly-female full-assault combat unit led by the beautiful but savvy Maki Kawasaki, and staffed with specially-trained (and some of them very busty) operatives out to put crime on its ear!

The top agent of the squad is the blonde and buxom Rio Kinezono. Her public face is the put-upon public affairs officer who has a very big problem with money – namely spending too much of it and wishing to marry a rich man so that she can pay her massive credit card debts and ditch her job. But with Team Warrior, she is their front-line assault specialist, with specialties in firearms and martial arts. She is usually the one at the point, the one who leads the attack.

Maya Jingu is the black-sheep daughter of an Osaka crime boss who is the team's top sniper and firearms expert. Problem is, her fascination with various examples and varieties of firearms approaches to almost-sexual fervor, and is usually not satisfied if she isn't shooting at something - or someone. While off-duty, she's usually found on roof tops, playing the sniper against some poor criminal sap who had the bad luck in ending up in her sights.

Lilica Ebert, the youngest of the group, comes from a very wealthy family, but is just as pleased working for the team. She is the cyber-crime specialist, and is usually happy as a clam at her computer console working on solutions to various crimes the team comes across.

Nanvel Candlestick, a tanned, busty beauty originally from the United States, is the team's engineer, and often comes up with very original inventions to aid the team. The one 'fly-in-the-ointment' – her department is usually under-funded, so a lot of her inventions either blow-up or don't work right, not to mention she has the unusual quirk of either coloring them pink or purple, her favorite colors.

There is even a man in the unit, Yuji Naruo. His specialty is providing Team Warrior with transportation to-and-from the crime scene. But Yuji is also a BIG pervert, and is usually trying to find a way into the girl's locker room with his camera – and getting beat-up for his efforts. But he does have a soft spot for Rio, and although he will usually shy away from danger, he won't hesitate to act if she's in danger.

A lot of the crimes Team Warrior faces in this series runs from Rio pretending to bungee-jump nude to stop terrorists to finding-out about the disappearance of a 'virtual idol'. But their biggest test comes when Policetown comes under attack by the same terrorists earlier – a job Rio takes personally when one of the officers killed is a close friend of hers.
