Synopsis

Those hard-charging, hard-hitting (and some of them buxom) members of Team Warrior return in this TV version of Burn Up W. The girls, Rio Kinezono, Maya Jingu, Lilica Ebert, Nanvel Candlestick, their leader Maki Kawasaki, as well as camera-toting pervert Yuji Naruo, are back in the attack, keeping Tokyo safe from all sorts of criminal threats.

The girls have a lot on their hands this time around. There are two capers where Team Warrior contend with transvestite jewel thieves looking to pay for their sex-change operations. Maya later returns to Osaka and resume relations with her crimelord father when the family business is being threatened by a rival gang. And Rio has her hands full when escorting a top-secret sentient tank across a desert wasteland, with terrorists hot on their trail.

But the biggest danger Team Warrior faces comes as a result of a person from Maki's past. It seems that a former fiancée of hers, given-up for dead, has resurfaced, and is now planning revenge against those who betrayed him – which includes members of Tokyo's police department – and Team Warrior is in his crosshairs! Will the girls (and Yuji) get it together and fight to survive?
