Synopsis

In the future, Tokyo is beset by violent crime – so much so that the government makes the decision to repeal its highly-restrictive gun control laws so that ordinary citizens could defend themselves. However, the opposite happened – shootings and murders within the criminal element went through the roof, and now Tokyo resembles that of a Wild West town, with daily gun battles in the streets. It has reached the point that the local police force, the Recently Armed Police of Tokyo (R.A.P.T. for short) had become so inept in its duties that it no longer bothers to bring-in criminals for trial and instead has resorted to summery executions.

It was into this mess which Kyohei Tachibana arrives in town. A culinary arts student with dreams of becoming a pastry chef, he happens to blunder into a battle between a white-haired girl and several gangsters. After surviving that fracas, Kyohei is hired to be the cook for four women, ranging from the youngest (a little tech-head named Amy), to the oldest, the leader Sei, the local representative of an organization known as the Bailan, who is struggling to bring order to Tokyo.

But the main muscle of the organization is the two middle women. But at first sight, Meg doesn't seem to be that all effective as a fighter. The only thing this redhead in a skimpy cowgirl outfit seems to do right is to get captured at every opportunity... but sometimes uses her misfortune to gather information to the team... which brings in the person that Kyohei witnessed in the battle when he arrived.

Jo, the white-haired girl, is unusual: cold and emotionless but totally devoted to Meg, she is the real power of the Bailan in Tokyo. She is often armed with two Desert Eagle automatics, and her aim is extremely deadly - especially when the mysterious tattoos on her left arm appear when she gets angry. And when things get especially heavy, she also has at her disposal the mecha Jango, which is also armed with pistols. And if anyone has the slightest notion of slightly-harming Meg, it will be Jo that will give that person a one-way trip to the cemetery!

As it stands right, there will be plenty for Kyohei and this group. But how long will it be until things come to a head... especially when the group's last assignment will bring them to Jo's greatest secret?
