Mabilities (魔ビリティ) are the passive skills inherent on characters in Disgaea 3. Each class has an inherent (default) mability, and more class specific mabilities become available at higher ranks.

These mabilities exist when you first create a character of the specific type

SP use reduced by 50%

戦士(男) Warrior (Male)

ワイルドクライ Wild Cry

Warrior's stats increased by 20% when an enemy is adjacent

戦士(女) Warrior (Female)

アサルトアタック Assault Attack

10% added to attack for each space moved before attack Example: Move 3 spaces then attack = 30% added to attack.

格闘家(男) Martial Artist (Male)

フューリー Fury

Counter attacks deal 25% extra damage

フェイント Feint

Cancels opponent's counter attack

僧侶(男) Cleric (Male)

精霊の加護 seirei no kago Spirit of Divine Prot.

Adjacent allies receive 50% less attribute damage

僧侶(女) Cleric (Female)

光の加護 hikari no kago Light of Divine Prot.

Adjacent allies receive 50% less magical damage

盗賊 Thief

盗人の技 toujin no waza Thief Technique

Stealing success 2x greater

位置エネルギー ichi energy Location Energy

Attack + 30% if higher than opponent

アーチャー(女) Archer (Female)

加速射撃 kasoku shageki Accelerating Shot

Attack power + 5% for each range space

ガンナー(男) Gunner (Male)

マーキング Marking

Next person in combo has 100% critical chance

ビッグチャンス Big Chance

During combo attack, bonus gauge gain increases 50%

忍者(男) Ninja (Male)

朧霞 Oborogasumi Gloomy Haze

Evasion of head-on attack increased 50%

陽炎 kagerou Heat Waves

Evasion of ranged and multi-target attacks increased 50%

侍(男) Samurai (Male)

武士道 bushido Samurai Spirit

Attack +30% when attacking opponent head-on.

明鏡止水 meikyoushisui Clear and Serene

Attack +30% when attacking alone (not part of combo)

魔物使い Beast Master

ダークテイマー Dark Tamer

Stats of adjacent monster class allies increase 20%

重騎士 Armor Knight

イージス Aegis

Damage -30% when attacked from head-on

賢者 Wise Man

ジオエナジー Geo Energy

For every color of geoblock on the map, he gets a 10% stat increase

狂戦士 Berserker

マッドネス Madness

When HP less than 25%, ATK increases 50%

魔法剣士 Mage Knight

精霊の祝福 seirei no shukufuku Spirit of Blessing

Magical attack power + 20%

呪術師 Witch Doctor

カーズドダンス Cursed Dance

Stats of enemies on map decreases 5%

応援師 Cheerleader

ラブリーソング Lovely Song

Stats of allies on map increases 5%

覆面ヒーロ Masked Hero

トリックムーブ Trick Move

Evasion increases 10% based on portable mass (unsure)
