About

Do As Infinity came onto the scene in late 1999 when they released their first single "Tangerine Dream", followed shortly after by the single "Heart". The name for the band sprang from the initials Dai, first name of Dai Nagao, creator and music composer for Do As Infinity. DAI was one of the most successful rock bands in Japan and elsewhere, with fans across the globe. They continued to release hit albums and singles until mid 2005 when they finally disbanded. The three members all went their separate ways, with plans to start up solo or other music projects.
