Synopsis
At a secret research laboratory/prison, a Diclonus named Lucy escapes. The Diclonus are a mutated version of humanity with powerful psionic capabilities which show themselves as nearly-invisible appendages know as 'vectors'. With them, a Diclonus is able to use its vectors to disable attackers... or slice them to ribbons.
Lucy was particularly abused during her imprisonment, causing her to develop a great hatred of ALL humans, no matter how kind some of them may be. During her escape, she bloodily and sadistically murdered all who tried to stop her, cutting them to pieces with her vectors. However, as she made good her escape, the sadistic Lucy is shot in the head by a soldier, then falls into the ocean.
Now without her memories, and without the ability to talk, other than saying "nyu", Lucy is taken in by two lonely teens and their mother. Lucy, or Nyu as the kids call her, also developed a new, gentler, more playful personality, one without her bitter memories or great hatred. Nyu is also in the odd habit of fondling other women's breasts quite suddenly and playfully. But how long will it be before her old personality... with all of her murderous and sadistic tendencies... resurfaces?
