Synopsis
Misaki Saiki, a young albino woman with a troubled past, is a professional dominatrix in one of Tokyo's most exclusive S&M clubs. However, her real money is something she likes even less than being a dominatrix. Ever since childhood, Misaki had the ability to see and communicate with ghosts, and that talent is put to use by the Livelihood Protection Agency, who has Misaki paired with Souichiro Kadotake, a martial-artist who happens to be deathly afraid of ghosts. Using her gifts, Misaki is able to help troubled departed spirits still clinging to the living resolve whatever is troubling them, allowing those ghosts to move on to the afterlife.
Along the way, Misaki meets Ai Kunugi, a young girl trying to prove the deaths of her older sister and infant niece were less than honorable. Afterwards, however, Ai discovers she has the same supernatural abilities as Misaki, and looks up to the young woman as a role model in helping to find out about her gift.
Having a young girl hanging around her, however, is the least of Misaki's problems. Ai's classmate, Mitsuru Fujiwara, is also following Misaki around, trying to get intimate pictures of Misaki. But the young boy also has Misaki's best interests in mind, and has no wish to harm her. In fact, Mitsuru wishes to help her out. And Misaki is going to need all the help she can get, whatever she likes it or not.
