Synopsis

Titaniva Mu Koshigaya, or "Tita" for short, is the 17 year-old captain of the Cha-Cha Maru, a pet shop hunter ship that sails the gas oceans of the planet Yietta, where she and her crew trap the various aquatic lifeforms that swim there and sell to other planets. On one of the few times they put in to the artificial continent for repairs, Tita gathers groceries for her crew... and trouble literally runs into her!

That trouble is named Elysse Aldomordish, and she is on the run from a rogue faction of Yietta's military led the the cruel lord Guizele. It seemed that her father, Nalderof Aldomordish, was duped by Guizele into altering one of the gravity belts that hold the continent afloat above the gas ocean into a powerful and destructive weapon. When he found out, he locked-out the weapon and at the sacrifice of his own life got Elysse away – because within her D.N.A. is the codekey to unlock the weapon!

At first hesitant, Tita helps out the young girl, mostly because she saw within her a kindred spirit; ten years before, Tita's father was lost in the gas ocean. But soon, Tita and Elysse, along with the crew of the Cha-Cha Maru get caught-up a global game of cat-and-mouse, where the very stakes are the lives of the colony. But if Guizele and the military thinks they can take Tita lightly, they're sadly mistaken!

This anime features the beautiful artwork of Satoshi Urushihara (who also created and directed the hentai anime 'Another Lady Innocent', as well as contributing artwork for the ending sequence of Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny), known for his often erotic depictions of beautiful women. As a result, there's plenty of fanservice in this show.
