Psycho Diver: Soul Siren

Synopsis

Juhta Bosujima is a unique brand of telepath – he is a psycho diver, one who uses advanced technology to dive into the minds of individuals and try to find the causes of their problems. The job isn't easy, though. Diving is often hard on the cardiovascular and nervous systems, often resulting in premature death. However, Bosujima will soon discover that there are other risks to contend with.

This new risk came in the form of Yuki Kano, a talented young singer who has had a bit of a dry streak. It would have been normal – but she was also exhibiting tremendous psionic talent. There had been one diving attempt to find out what was wrong, by Bosujima's friend - it ended up with the diver's head blowing up! Desperate for help, Yuki's agent Kyoko Ayuhara, representing the Iris Talent Agency, goes to Bosujima for help.

At first, he declined, his excuse was that he was retired. But when Bosujima's apartment was broken into, his pet dog killed and a threatening message written on the walls in the dog's blood happens, he changes his mind. Strangely enough, he knows that he is doing whoever it was what they wanted - but why?

He soon discovered that Yuki had become a member of a mysterious cult called The Gordonians, its leader a woman named Angelica, who also has psionic talent like Yuki. Much happens along the way, including threats, assault, romance – and murder before Bosujima finds the true reason of Yuki’s powers – as well as a struggle which the girl is at the center of.
