Synopsis

Earth, 25 years after an unknown crisis nearly destroys all life on the planet, is in a state of chaos. The survivors are crowded inside the remaining large cities, causing them to burst at the seams... not to mention an increase in crime. But in Tokyo, another danger exists, caused by the mysterious creatures known as Lucifer Hawks, coming from a reality called Nemesis, which are feeding on the populace.

The mysterious woman known as Rally Cheyenne, working within the corporate-owned Tokyo police force, forms a possible solution – the Attacked Mystification Police, an all-female squad of mystics (the miko Nami Yamigumo), tech junkies (visionare Lebia Maverick), telepaths (genetically created Yuki Saito) and cyborgs (Kiddy Phenil). The problem – the A.M.P. doesn't seem to have much success with containing the Lucifer Hawk problem, not to mention a lack of respect with the rest of the police, who view the girls as nothing more than untalented interlopers with no business in police matters.

But recently, the A.M.P. has received a new recruit to its ranks – a young secretary named Katsumi Liqueur, whose father, the great mage Gigelf Liqueur, tried and failed to contain the great disaster years before her birth. It turns out that Katsumi has inherited great powers – powers that can turn the tables against the Lucifer Hawks and save the city. But the enemy also has eyes on the girl as well... but for what? What is the great secret that Katsumi holds that could save the world... or destroy it?
